Welcome to our first ever Spooky Virtual 10k. We wanted to help you to stay active as the nights start to draw in plus also give you something to do over half term. So why not take part in our virtual 10k event.
You don't have to complete it all in one go so why not set yourself a challenge of 1km per day.
You can run, walk or cycle then upload your time and you'll receive a bespoke medal and a spooky treat.
